In aromatherapy, scientific research has shown that Sandalwood essential oil relieves stress & anxiety, helps regulate mood, promotes calm & relaxation, enhances cognitive function, and is excellent for study, prayer, meditation & restful sleep.

- Remove reeds from packaging.
- Remove the bottle stopper from the reed diffuser bottle by levering upwards with a flat head screwdriver, butter knife or similar.
- Insert the ends of the desired number of reeds (Includes 5 reeds) into the bottle. 1 reed = minimum aroma strength to 5 reeds =maximum aroma strength.
- Leave in for 5 minutes, then flip upside down and put the dry end of the reed(s) into the bottle.
- To refresh the aroma, turn over reeds every 2-4 weeks, if required.
Although this is a natural, plant based product, do not ingest and keep out of reach from children and pets.
As with any new product, discontinue use if you experience any irritations or nausea.
