Purely Essential 100ml Spicy Mint Natural Essential Oil Reed Diffusers are 100% Natural, Vegan Friendly, Free from Synthetic and Chemical Fillers and contains Therapeutic Grade essential oils of Peppermint (Peperita mentha), Frankincense (Boswellia serrata) and Clove Bud (Syzygium aromaticum) essential oil in a plant based solution. This blend has a deliciously refreshing, uplifting and energising aroma.

1. 1. Remove reeds from packaging.
   2. Remove the bottle stopper from the reed diffuser bottle by levering upwards with a flat head screwdriver, butter knife or similar.
      
   3. Insert the ends of the desired number of reeds (Includes 5 reeds) into the bottle. 1 reed = minimum aroma strength to 5 reeds =maximum aroma strength.
   4. Leave in for 5 minutes, then flip upside down and put the dry end of the reed(s) into the bottle.
   5. To refresh the aroma, turn over reeds every 2-4 weeks, if required.

Although this is a natural,  plant based product, do not ingest and keep out of reach from children and pets.

As with any new product, discontinue use if you experience any irritations or nausea.
