Suggestions for use:
For diffuser, add 5-8 drops to water chamber.
For topical use, add 1-5 drops in 30ml of a carrier oil of your choice; add 3-5 drops to your bath water.
For a toning and nourishing face mask, mix 5 drops to 2 tablespoons of raw, organic honey, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Apply mixture to the face as a mask and leave on for 30 minutes before rinsing off with tepid water.
For an anti-dandruff hair mask, combine 10 drops with 5 drops of extra virgin olive oil and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Massage mixture into the scalp and leave on 15-30 minutes before rinsing out with mild shampoo. This treatment can be repeated up to 3 times per week to prevent dry, itching scalp and to stimulate hair growth.
