Lemon Eucalyptus Essential Oil

Purely Essential Australian native Lemon Eucalyptus essential oil is extracted via steam distillation from Eucalyptus citriodora. It is energising, revitalising and uplifting with its fresh, sweet, lemon-like scent. It is a versatile oil with many benefits for well being.

It has shown to be beneficial for physical discomfort and reducing inflammation especially after sport or physical exertion.

In aromatherapy, it clears and soothes promoting mental clarity, encouraging motivation during times of exhaustion, and calming the mind.

Additionally, it can help boost the immune system, is an excellent decongestant, and helps to relieve cold and flu symptoms.

Lemon Eucalyptus is excellent in repelling insects including mosquitos, midges, sand flies, black flies, horse flies, ticks, leeches, silverfish and cockroaches.

It is also a popular addition for and DIY cleaning product for its antiseptic and antibacterial properties, as well as for its refreshing scent.

Suggestions for use:

For aromatherapy benefits, add 4-8 drops to diffuser, or sufficient amount to oil burner.

For topical use, add 2-3 drops in 30ml of a carrier oil your choice.

For a soothing and refreshing bath, add15-25 drops to hot bath

Add a few drops to your shampoo, conditioner or body lotion for added benefits to skin/hair. You can also make your own DIY personal care product(s).

For a DIY cleaning spray, mix 10 drops to 150ml white vinegar. Add 200ml distilled water and 2 tablespoons of baking soda, then pour into a spray bottle. Shake well before use.

For a DIY mould and mildew spray, add 15 drops each of Lemon Eucalyptus and Clove Bud essential oils to 250ml white vinegar. Pour into a spray bottle and shake well before use.

Do not ingest.

Avoid using near eyes.
