Suggestions for Use:
Add 2-5 drops of Air Purifying essential oil. Blend to diffuser, or sufficient amount to oil burner for many aromatherapy benefits.
Add 15-20 drops to bath for relief of pain & inflammation, to alleviate stress and induce relaxation, and to relieve skin conditions and promote skin health.
Add 5-7 drops to shower wall when showing for steam inhalation benefits.
Mix 10-20 drops of Air Purifying blend with 1 cup of white vinegar and 1 cup of warm water in a spray bottle for a natural air freshener and general cleaning solution.
Mix 5-8 drops Air Purifying essential oil to 50ml carrier oil of choice for an invigorating and uplifting massage oil blend.
Add a few drops to your favourite lotion or make your own DIY personal care or cleaning product for added benefits and refreshing scent.Â
