Suggestions for Use:
Add 3-6 drops of Breathe Easy essential oil blend to diffuser, or sufficient amount to oil burner to help dispel mucus, ease congestion and clear the mind.
Mix 4-8 drops Air Purifying essential oil to 50ml carrier oil of choice for a cooling and relieving massage oil blend.
Add 15-20 drops to bath to reinvigorate and refresh a fatigued mind and body.
Add 6-8 drops to shower wall when showing for benefits via steam inhalation.
Mix 10-20 drops of Air Purifying blend with ½ cup of vodka/witch hazel and 1 cup of warm water in a spray bottle for a natural air freshener.
Add a few drops to your shampoo, conditioner, hand wash or lotion, or make your own DIY personal care or cleaning product for added benefits to health and well being.
Avoid using topically if pregnant or breastfeeding.
