Citrus Bliss Essential Oil Blend

Purely Essential Citrus Bliss essential oil blend is refreshing, energising and uplifting with its delicously citrusy scent. It can be used in a variety of applications and has many benefits for health and wellbeing.

It is excellent for aromatherapy, for skin and hair care, for its pain relieving and anti-inflammatory properties and for its many cleansing qualities, just to name a few.

Citrus Bliss pure essential oil blend contains Therapeutic Grade essential oils of Lemon (Citrus limon), Lime (Citrus aurantiifolia), Bergamot (Citrus bergamia), Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis) and Lemongrass (Cympobogon nardus).

Lemon essential oil demonstrates antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, astringent and antibacterial properties.

Lime essential oil is invigorating, cleansing, and purifying with a fresh, vibrant yet sweet, citrus scent. It exhibits antioxidant, anti-aging, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, insecticidal, antifungal, antiviral and antibacterial properties.

Bergamot essential oil has a bright, fresh, citrusy and slightly floral scent. It is antibacterial, anti-infectious, astringent, anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic.

Sweet Orange essential oil is uplifting and refreshing with a sweet fruity citrus scent. It boasts anti-inflammatory, antidepressant, antispasmodic, antiseptic, aphrodisiac, carminative, diuretic, tonic and sedative properties.

Lemongrass essential oil is uplifting and refreshing with its strong citrusy aroma. It is prized for its anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antibacterial, antifungal, pest repelling, insecticidal, astringent, antidepressant, analgesic and antinociceptive properties. 

Suggestions for Use:

Add 4-8 drops of Citrus Bliss essential oil blend to diffuser, or sufficient amount to oil warmer/burner.

Add a few drops to the corner of your shower for inhalation benefits.

To help treat minor skin problems or improve skin condition, add 4-8 drops to 100ml carrier oil of choice and apply to affected area(s).

For a relaxing and invigorating bath, add 20-30 drops to water.

Add a few drops to your shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, body/hand lotion and/or face cream to enhance skin and hair health… or make your own DIY skin/hair care products with lime essential oil.

Simply mix a few drops in your moisturiser or lotion and apply as usual, or you can create your own DIY product.

For a natural room/fabric spray, mix 10-15 drops of Citrus Bliss essential oil blend to ½ cup of vodka/witch hazel. Mix in 1 cup warm water then pour into a glass spray bottle and shake well before use.

For a natural surface cleaner, mix 6-10 drops of Citrus essential oil to 200ml white vinegar and let stand for sit for 1-2 hours. Combine 1 tablespoon of baking soda and 400ml cup water then pour in essential oil mix. Stir together thoroughly then pour into a spray bottle. Shake well before use. Spray onto hard surfaces and wipe with a damp cloth (not recommended to use on marble or hardwood).

Do not ingest.

Avoid using near eyes.

Discontinue use of any essential oil if you experience skin, stomach or respiratory irritation or discomfort.
