Suggestions for use:
For aromatherapy benefits, add 5-8 drops to diffuser, or sufficient amount to oil burner.
For topical use, add 1-3 drops in 50ml of a carrier oil of your choice.
For a soothing and rejuvenating bath, add 15-20 drops to hot4 bath water.
For a toning and nourishing face mask, mix 2 drops to 2 tablespoons of raw, organic honey, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Apply mixture to the face as a mask and leave on for up to 30 minutes before rinsing off with tepid water.
For an anti-dandruff hair mask, combine 3-5 drops with 20ml of extra virgin olive oil and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Massage mixture into the scalp and leave on 15-30 minutes before rinsing out with mild shampoo. This treatment can be repeated up to 3 times per week to prevent dry, itching scalp and to stimulate hair growth.
