To help ease migraines, stress, anxiety and depression, add 2-5 drops of Lavender essential oil to your aromatherapy diffuser, or a sufficient amount to your oil burner. You can also apply a small amount directly on your skin to your temples or behind your ears.
For a soothing and relaxing bath that can also help improve sleep and help treat insomnia, add 10-20 drops of Lavender essential oil.
Add a few drops to your DIY or favourite lotion for added benefits for skin health.
Apply a small amount directly to bites, stings and burns including sunburn to relieve pain, inflammation, itch or discomfort.
Add 2-5 drops to 50ml of carrier oil of choice to help soothe pain and inflammation of sore muscles and bacterial/fungal skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, etc.
Add a few drops to shampoo, conditioner, body lotion or other skin care products for added anti-aging and skin/hair health benefits.
For an effective DIY air freshener, combine 3-6 drops of Lavender essential oil with 3 cups of warm distilled water and 1 tablespoon of baking soda in a spray bottle and shake well before use.
