Suggestions for Use:
For aromatherapy benefits, add 5-10 drops to diffuser, or sufficient amount to oil burner.
Add 4-7 drops to your shower wall for benefits of steam inhalation.
Add 15-20 drops to a hot bath to soothe and relax muscles, ease joint pain and inflammation, promote skin health, relieve stress and boost mood.Â
For a natural cleaning spray, mix 10-20 drops of Lemon essential oil to 1 tablespoon on Bicarbonate Soda. Add mixture to 1 cup of distilled water, pour into a spray bottle and shake well before use.Â
For a natural room/fabric spray, mix 10-15 drops of Lemon essential oil to ½ cup of vodka/witch hazel. Add to 1 cup distilled water, pour into a spray bottle and shake well before use.
A few drops of Lemon essential oil can be added to your shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and body lotion for added benefits.
