Purely Essential 100ml Spicy Mint Natural Essential Oil Reed Diffusers are 100% Natural, Vegan Friendly, Free from Synthetic and Chemical Fillers and contains Therapeutic Grade essential oils of Peppermint (Peperita mentha), Frankincense (Boswellia serrata), Clove Bud (Syzygium aromaticum) and Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia Presl) in a plant based solution. This blend has a deliciously refreshing, uplifting and energising aroma.

1. 1. Remove reeds from packaging.
   2. Remove the bottle stopper from the reed diffuser bottle by levering upwards with a flat head screwdriver, butter knife or similar.
      
   3. Insert the ends of the desired number of reeds (Includes 5 reeds) into the bottle. 1 reed = minimum aroma strength to 5 reeds =maximum aroma strength.
   4. Leave in for 5 minutes, then flip upside down and put the dry end of the reed(s) into the bottle.
   5. To refresh the aroma, turn over reeds every 2-4 weeks, if required.

Although this is a natural,  plant based product, do not ingest and keep out of reach from children and pets.

As with any new product, discontinue use if you experience any irritations or nausea.
