It contains properties that research has shown to reduce pain in muscles and joints because it reduces tissue inflammation that can lead to swelling, pain and stiffness, especially in arthritic conditions. Rosemary essential oil has also been shown to increase circulation when topically applied. Due to its powerful antimicrobial, anti-oxidising and antiseptic properties, rosemary essential oil cleanses and promotes healing of skin conditions such as acne, eczema and other skin irritations.Â

Suggestions for Use:
To boost mood, help alleviate stress, anxiety and depression, enhance memory and cognitive function, as well as to help open airways, add 2-5 drops of Rosemary essential oil to your aromatherapy diffuser, or a sufficient amount to your oil burner.
Add 2-5 drops of Rosemary essential oil to 50ml of carrier oil of choice and apply to chest to help open airways and alleviate symptoms of cold or flu.
Add 10-20 drops of Rosemary essential oil to bath to help relieve pain and tension in muscles and joints.
For a soothing massage oil, mix 4-7 drops with 50ml carrier oil of choice and apply where needed.
Add a few drops to your shampoo and conditioner to stimulate circulation of scalp and hair growth, and to enhance hair health.Â
