Terra Firma Essential Oil Blend

Terra Firma Pure Essential Oil Blend contains naturally extracted, therapeutic grade essential oils of Sandalwood (Santalum album), Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin), Clove Bud (Syzygium aromaticum), Frankincense (Boswellia serrata), Himalayan Cedarwood (Cedrus deodara) and Vetiver (Andropogon muricatus).

Sandalwood Essential Oil has a sweet, woody aroma that is calming and grounding. It displays anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial properties.

Patchouli Essential Oil is grounding and comforting with its rich, musky, yet sweet and spicy aroma. It demonstrates anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antifungal, antioxidant, astringent and antibacterial properties.

Clove Bud Essential Oil is warming and comforting with its strong, spicy, woody and slightly sweet aroma. It has potent antimicrobial, antifungal, antibacterial,  antiviral, antiseptic, anti-infectious, stimulating and anti-inflammatory properties.

Frankincense Essential Oil is energising and uplifting with its powerful aromatic, spicy, woody, almost incense-like scent. It boasts is antibacterial, antifungal, antioxidant antimicrobial, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.

Himalayan Cedarwood Essential Oil has a woody, warm, balsamic, almost camphoraceous-like aroma and is grounding and calming. It possesses antifungal, antibacterial, antiseptic, astringent, insecticidal, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Vetiver Essential Oil is calming and grounding with its unique earthy and woody aroma. It has shown in studies to have antibacterial, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antioxidant and astringent properties.

Suggestions for Use:

Add 4-8 drops to diffuser or oil burner to calm the mind, uplift mood, reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure and cortisol levels, promote sleep and alleviate headaches and migraines.

Add a few drops of Terra Firma to your shampoo, conditioner, body lotion or other skin care products for added anti-aging and skin/hair health benefits, or make your own DIY formulation.

For an aromatic DIY air freshener, mix 6-10 drops of Terra Firma essential oil blend to 50ml vodka/witch hazel/perfume grade sugarcane ethanol and let sit for 1-2 hours. Combine 2 tablespoons of baking soda to 2 cups of warm distilled water, then add to essential oil/alcohol mixture and  in a spray bottle and shake well before use.

Add 4-7 drops in 100ml a carrier oil of your choice for a massage oil that alleviates body aches and pains, muscle spasms, cramps, tension and inflammation. 

For a natural perfume, mix 1-2 drops of Terra Firma essential oil with carrier oil of choice and rub a small dab onto your wrists, inner elbows, neck or anywhere else you would normally apply perfume.

Add 20-30 drops to a hot bath to relieve tension, soothe a tired and sore body, plus hydrate and nourish skin.

For a homemade multi-purpose natural cleaning/air freshener solution, mix 10-15 drops of Terra Firma essential oil blend together with 1 cup white vinegar and let stand for at least 1 hour. Combine 2 cups hot water with ¼ cup baking soda then add to vinegar/essential oil mixture. Mix thoroughly then pour into a spray bottle, shake well before use.

Do not ingest.

Avoid using near eyes.

Discontinue use of any essential oil if you experience skin, stomach or respiratory irritation or discomfort.
