Terra Firma Natural Hand & Body Wash

Purely Essential Terra Firma Hand & Body Wash is a natural potassium soap and surfactant (surface active agent), made from Coconut, Sunflower, Olive and Avocado Oils, and pure therapeutic grade essential oils. It is grounding and balancing with its delicate, earthy aroma.

This vegan friendly soap is free from petrochemical foaming agents, detergents, thickeners and preservatives, which are known skin irritants and commonly used in most liquid soaps.

Because Terra Firma Hand & Body Wash is made from edible oils and pure essential oils, it is thinner in consistency than washes that are made from petrochemicals, or chemically extracted coconut derivatives, but it foams up better than many soap substitutes.

Purely Essential Terra Firma Hand & Body soap has its glycerine retained. Glycerine is a natural humectant or moisturiser, due to its water building capabilities, that allows it to draw and absorb water from the air, which contributes to its mildness and skin-friendliness.

Due to the large amount of olive oil used to in our Terra Firma Hand & Body Wash, this product can form a small amount of sediment when temperatures are below 15°C. This sediment will disappear once temperatures are above 15°C.

Terra Firma Soothing Hand & Body Wash contains Filtered Rainwater, Potassium Soap (made from Coconut, Sunflower, Olive and Avocado Oils – Retained Glycerine), and Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils of Sandalwood, Vetiver, Patchouli, Clove Bud, Frankincense and Himalayan Cedarwood

Sandalwood Essential Oil exhibits anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial properties. It nourishes, cleanses and tightens skin, helps to heal and protect wounds from infections, beneficial for treating skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, boils, common warts and acne, reduce the appearance of scarring and promotes a healthy, smooth complexion and even skin tone.

Vetiver Essential Oil has shown in studies to have antibacterial, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antioxidant and astringent properties. It has long been used to enhance skin health, reduce scarring, help reduce dryness of skin, and to treat minor skin conditions such as acne and eczema.

Patchouli Essential Oil demonstrates anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antifungal, antioxidant, astringent and antibacterial properties. It’s beneficial for treating dermatitis, acne, dry and cracked skin, athlete’s foot and other skin conditions. Patchouli essential oil minimises the appearance of scars and blemishes from acne, wounds, measles, pox or boils.

Clove Bud Essential Oil has potent antimicrobial, antifungal, antibacterial,  antiviral, antiseptic, anti-infectious, stimulating and anti-inflammatory properties. It naturally cleanses, relieves itching and soothes irritations, promotes healing, boosts circulation, improves skin tone, helps treat acne and minor skin conditions, and enhances overall skin condition and health.

Frankincense Essential Oil is antibacterial,  antifungal, antioxidant antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antiseptic. It helps treat and prevent acne, soothes irritated and inflamed skin conditions, promotes rapid skin repair, reduces the appearance of scars, tightens skin, stimulates cell regeneration, and improves overall skin tone and texture.

Himalayan Cedarwood Essential Oil possesses antifungal, antibacterial, antiseptic, astringent, insecticidal, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. It soothes skin irritations and redness, helps balance skin sebum, tightens skin, prevents clogging of pores, and combats acne, rashes, fungal infections, dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis.

Apply a small amount to hands, sponge or cloth, lather well over damp skin to cleanse and thoroughly rinse off.

As with any new product, discontinue use if you experience any irritations or adverse reactions.
